What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Build: Architect, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable and reliable full-stack applications and services using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate: Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Guide and Mentor: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews for junior and mid-level engineers, fostering continuous improvement.
• Optimize Systems: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues to optimize application speed, scalability, and security.
• Maintain Production: Participate in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production environments, ensuring high availability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). Extensive experience with one or more back-end languages/frameworks (Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Go). Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Expert-level proficiency with Git.
• Bonus: Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, NgRx) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
