What You’ll Actually Do
• Architect & Develop: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, conducting thorough code reviews and championing engineering excellence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver impactful features.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with proven experience in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript), hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, and experience working with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bonus: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) for full-stack roles, experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools, prior technical lead experience, or domain knowledge in [relevant industry/domain].
