What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Design, develop, and implement complex web applications and services using modern full-stack technologies.
• Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end user interfaces and back-end APIs and databases.
• Collaborate: Translate user stories and wireframes into functional specifications and technical designs in partnership with product management and UX/UI designers.
• Build: Develop and maintain robust APIs and microservices, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Support: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Career level is Senior.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, C#/ASP.NET Core, Go), and expertise with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Skills: Expertise in RESTful API design and development, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, version control systems (Git), and agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are also required.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks, familiarity with serverless architectures, knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems, experience with performance optimization and scaling distributed systems, or open-source contributions/personal projects demonstrating technical prowess.
