What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Drive the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build User Interfaces: Develop responsive, intuitive, and performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement Server Logic: Architect and implement robust, secure, and efficient server-side logic and APIs using various programming languages and database systems.
• Shape Architecture: Participate in and lead architectural discussions, making critical decisions on technology choices, system design, and infrastructure planning.
• Mentor Engineers: Guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Skills: Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework, strong command of a back-end programming language and associated frameworks, solid experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, proven experience in designing and building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), proficient with Git, experience with various testing methodologies.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies, familiarity with message queues, knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools, experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges in high-traffic applications.
