What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design and development of complex front-end and back-end features and services.
• Optimize: Develop and optimize APIs and microservices to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor: Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to the team’s overall technical excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience, including working within an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Skills: Expertise in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript), proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (Python, Java, Node.js, Go, C#) with relevant frameworks, strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling, experience with RESTful API design, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, serverless architectures (AWS Lambda), Git, and understanding of security best practices in web application development.
