What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and services using modern technologies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write Code: Develop clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Architect Systems: Implement robust, scalable, and secure APIs, microservices, and database schemas (SQL and NoSQL).
• Mentor Peers: Guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. This is a senior-level position.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in at least one modern front-end JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), strong expertise in at least one back-end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby), solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL), and proficiency with Git.
• Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, serverless architectures, real-time applications, or working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
