Senior Client Engagement Manager | Microchip Technology
The Tone:

As a Senior Client Engagement Manager, you will be crucial in identifying and building new business relationships. Your work will focus on reframing client thinking and building consensus for Microchip’s solutions, ultimately co-creating value and driving design wins to revenue.

• Pay: $103000–$200000 yearly
• Mission: Identify and build new business by driving design wins to revenue and shaping client thinking about Microchip’s solutions.
• Tech Stack: Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Business: Utilize Microchip’s Client Engagement Process to drive design wins to revenue at select target clients.
• Educate Clients: Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, linking back to Microchip‘s solutions.
• Manage Relationships: Drive the company business relationship with the assigned clients.
• Build Consensus: Identify key client stakeholders and coach them to build consensus for Microchip’s solutions within their organization.
• Collaborate Globally: Contribute to and participate within a global team environment to develop and implement sales strategies across clients’ divisions and geographical locations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent sales experience) with a strong client engagement track record.
• Experience: 7+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
• Skills: Problem-solving, program management, management of major accounts, and adept knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bonus: Prior Salesforce experience and familiarity with the Aerospace and Defense market.
