• Mission: The Scheduling & Reservations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting clients by diligently managing scheduling requests, coordinating reservations, and maintaining accurate records, thereby ensuring seamless administrative support and client communication.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordination: Coordinate scheduling and reservation requests precisely, strictly adhering to established company processes and guidelines.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients professionally to confirm all necessary details, provide timely updates regarding their requests, address general inquiries, and ensure all responses are timely and professional.
• Record Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records across all platforms, including calendars and reservation documentation, to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Timeline Monitoring: Proactively monitor critical timelines to ensure that all confirmations, necessary updates, and any changes to schedules or reservations are completed accurately and without delay.
• Operational Support: Support the efficiency of daily operations by consistently following internal workflows and upholding quality standards to contribute to a high-quality client experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A foundational understanding of client coordination or general administrative support principles is beneficial for success in this role.
• Experience: No prior experience is strictly required; however, familiarity gained from previous roles in scheduling, reservations, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support will be considered helpful.
• Skills:
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities.
