This internship is for focused, competitive, and hardworking students eager to pursue a sales career, offering essential training and real-world experience to build skills and contribute directly to business growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
Observe Operations: Gain exposure to the day-to-day responsibilities of Account Executives and Recruiters.
Generate Leads: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and strategic prospecting activities.
Qualify Clients: Learn to effectively qualify potential clients for suitable placements.
Execute Placements: Develop skills in making successful placements for consultants.
Build Relationships: Cultivate and develop relationships with clients through practical learning experiences.

• Experience: Proven track record of achieving goals.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and verbal skills, especially on the phone; strong interpersonal skills; problem-solving abilities; ability to multitask.
