2027 Early Talent Rotational Program: Retirement Solutions – Licensed | TIAA
The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year early-career rotational program for individuals graduating in 2027, designed to build cross-functional proficiency in client-facing retirement solutions. Associates will focus on professional development through strategically aligned assignments and growth opportunities. TIAA is a market-leading retirement company dedicated to delivering secure financial futures for millions of people, and this role directly impacts clients through defined objectives and substantive deliverables. The program provides structured onboarding, comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference for clients.
The TL;DR

• Type: Full-time
• Pay: $28.22/hr – $35.53/hr
• Mission: Provide solutions and support to clients, ensuring a secure financial future by solving real business challenges within retirement solutions.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Understand Industry: Build deep understanding of the financial services industry, regulatory landscape, and TIAA’s competitive position.
• Develop Skills: Sharpen communication and relationship-building skills through real work settings and by shadowing tenured professionals.
• Support Clients & Projects: Execute project activities by understanding objectives, meeting timelines, and communicating results for client solutions.
• Achieve Licensing: Earn all required licenses and registrations (Series 7, 63, 65, 66, Life and Health Insurance) within 120 days to enable client-facing opportunities.
• Contribute to Business: Utilize academic knowledge, skills, and experience to apply tactics and strategies to solve real business challenges impacting clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree required. Must have authorization to work in the U.S. and not require current or future work visa sponsorship.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Relationship Management, Business Acumen, Data Analysis.
• Bonus: Prior participation in TIAA’s Summer Internship Program, overall GPA of 3.0 or better, demonstrated intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, attention to detail, ability to organize multiple priorities, and completion of the SIE Exam by specified dates for a sign-on bonus.
