About the Job: SpotHero Summer 2026 Sales Operations Intern

Our Summer 2026 Internship Program runs from May 26, 2026, to August 14, 2026. Applications will be accepted from March 9, 2026, to March 13, 2026.
Sales Operations Intern at SpotHero:
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by taking ownership of a sales operations project from initiation to completion. This role is designed to improve the systems and processes that support our go-to-market teams, offering unique exposure to sales operations, CRM strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with the Revenue Operations team to identify opportunities, gather insights from stakeholders, and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. By the end of this internship, you will have delivered a tangible project that directly impacts how our go-to-market teams operate.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a sales operations project end-to-end (e.g., Salesforce field consolidation, light tooling updates, or a data hygiene initiative).
- Partner with stakeholders across sales and revenue operations to understand needs and gather requirements.
- Conduct user interviews to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
- Develop and execute a project plan to deliver measurable improvements to sales operations workflows.
- Perform CRM data hygiene and contribute to maintaining high-quality Salesforce data.
- Identify opportunities to streamline or optimize sales processes.
- Gain exposure to CRM architecture and the systems that support SpotHero’s go-to-market strategy.
Who You Are:
- Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Process-minded and interested in improving how systems and teams operate.
- Curious and eager to learn about sales operations, CRM systems, and go-to-market strategy.
What You Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative information from interviews and feedback to identify patterns and insights.
- Familiarity with using AI/LLM tools to assist with data analysis, formulas, and productivity workflows.
Seeking Candidates in:
- Chicago, IL – 1-2x per week in office

Compensation in Illinois:
- $20/hour; 40 hours a week
