Job Description: Sales Internship
The Sales Internship at ALKU is designed to be a comprehensive and impactful experience aimed at launching a professional career in sales. It is structured to provide hands-on learning and significant responsibilities from day one.
Key Aspects of the Internship:
• Meaningful Contribution: Interns are expected to personally drive the needle forward on ALKU accounts and business, rather than performing typical intern tasks.
• Mentorship: Each intern is teamed with a seasoned, full-time ALKU sales mentor who provides guidance, support, and acts as a point of reference throughout the internship.
• Comprehensive Learning: Interns will get acquainted with every side of the sales cycle, learn to solve problems on the fly, and gain an in-depth understanding of the industry. The program, called “Circuit,” includes hands-on experience, skill development, and real-time feedback.
• Role Exploration: Interns will learn both sides of sales and have the opportunity to choose their best fit within the sales domain.
• Core Responsibilities: Interns will drive ALKU business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing efforts.
• Professional Development: The internship focuses on building foundational skills and developing a strong professional network.
• Pathway to Full-Time: All intern programs are set up to springboard young professionals into full-time ALKU team members (ALKrew).
