What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for a wide range of local and national accounts, including many of the Fortune 500 companies.
• Inventory Management: Actively manage Penske’s large inventory of world-class and nationally recognized vehicles, ensuring a balance of fleet productivity, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction in an evolving business environment.
• Business Development: Proactively generate new business leads to expand market reach, and consistently foster strong existing customer relationships to ensure loyalty and continued success.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain and ensure complete customer satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Business Foundation: Build a solid foundation in diverse business aspects including sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology, collaborating with a high-energy, driven team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with a preferred concentration in Business or Marketing. This is an entry-level role.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, results orientation, attention to detail, and good time management skills.
• Bonus: Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role.
