• Mission: Optimize final-mile delivery routes and ensure effective utilization of assets and drivers for all network sites.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Route Optimization: Plan, coordinate, and optimize final-mile delivery routes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and on-time service.
• Delivery Management: Schedule and monitor deliveries, adjusting routes as needed to address changing conditions and resolve issues.
• Operational Support: Assist with dispatch and hub operations, including coding delivery manifests and building trucks in the operating system.
• Customer & Internal Communication: Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and time windows, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Data Management & Reporting: Input delivery information, compile statistical data from manifest data, and prepare related reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience.
• Skills: Ability to learn and operate routing software, proficiency in spreadsheet software applications, proficiency in word processing applications, ability to perform math calculations, ability to track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
