The Tone:

Novra Corp is seeking a diligent Reporting Analyst to serve as a critical support function for various business activities, operating entirely through digital workflows. This position is integral to maintaining the efficiency of brand communication efforts, marketing campaigns, customer support operations, market research initiatives, and client coordination processes. The Reporting Analyst plays a vital role in organizing, reviewing, and analyzing key operational and business information, ultimately ensuring timely reporting and smooth client coordination essential for the company’s remote-first operations and decision-making.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Organize, review, and analyze operational or business information pertaining to brand communication, marketing campaigns, customer support, market research, and client coordination.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, status updates, schedules, requests, and follow-up items relevant to assigned work.
• Communication: Communicate clearly with customers, clients, vendors, partners, or internal team members using email, phone, chat, and shared tools as appropriate.
• Workflow Management: Track deadlines, identify missing information or routine exceptions, and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare concise updates or reports to ensure work can be reviewed, handed off, and completed on time.

• Background: An early-career professional demonstrating meticulous attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and thorough task completion. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, adhering strictly to clear deadlines and documented procedures, and proactively learning new role-specific tools while promptly communicating questions, exceptions, or status updates.
• Experience: Proven ability to effectively use essential digital tools including email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM, and other web-based business systems. Experience should reflect a capacity for dependable professional follow-through and a methodical approach to completing all assigned duties through approved online systems and digital collaboration tools.
• Skills: Strong capabilities in written communication; proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management; and practical comfort with domain-specific skills such as marketing coordination, campaign management, brand communication, content coordination, and market research concepts.
