The Tone:
This is a 100% remote, full-time role at Go Hiya, available to qualified candidates located within the United States. Go Hiya operates using remote-first, digital workflows across all functions, and this position is integral to that structure. The Reporting Analyst supports key operational areas including product marketing, promotional campaigns, event coordination, market research initiatives, client communication, and project oversight. This role is vital for processing and analyzing critical business information, ensuring that various teams have the accurate data and insights needed to make informed decisions and complete their work efficiently and on time.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Information Analysis: Systematically organize, meticulously review, and thoroughly analyze operational and business information specifically connected to product marketing efforts, promotional campaigns, event support logistics, market research findings, client communication strategies, and overall project coordination.
• Record Keeping: Accurately maintain comprehensive records, provide timely status updates, manage schedules, process incoming requests, and track follow-up items relevant to all assigned work to ensure data integrity and workflow transparency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and professional communication with external customers, clients, vendors, and partners, as well as internal team members, utilizing appropriate digital channels such as email, phone, chat, and shared collaboration tools.
• Process Management: Diligently track critical deadlines, actively identify any missing information or routine exceptions that arise, and promptly escalate issues in strict adherence to documented company procedures.
• Reporting: Skillfully prepare concise updates or comprehensive reports, ensuring that work progress can be efficiently reviewed by stakeholders, seamlessly handed off between teams, and ultimately completed accurately and within established timelines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career professional, classified at an Associate experience level, with a foundational ability to organize, review, and analyze operational or business information, particularly within a 100% remote work environment that relies heavily on digital workflows.
• Experience: Demonstrated comfort and proficiency working independently in a remote setting, consistently meeting clear deadlines, and diligently following documented procedures. This includes practical experience with essential business systems such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM platforms, and other web-based business applications.
• Skills: Strong written communication abilities, a high degree of careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and record quality, proven aptitude for data analysis and reporting, strong spreadsheet management capabilities, and dependable professional follow-through on all tasks.
