Reporting Analyst | Sparkbit 360

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Sparkbit 360, located remotely within the United States. Sparkbit360 leverages digital workflows to support comprehensive marketing strategies, public relations efforts, campaign execution, client communication, content coordination, and performance reporting. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of performance reporting and critical business information, directly contributing to the effectiveness of these digital initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Organize, review, and analyze operational or business information connected to marketing strategy, public relations, campaign support, client communication, content coordination, and performance reporting.
• Maintain: Maintain accurate records, status updates, schedules, requests, and follow-up items relevant to assigned work.
• Communicate: Communicate clearly with customers, clients, vendors, partners, or internal team members by email, phone, chat, and shared tools as appropriate.
• Track: Track deadlines, identify missing information or routine exceptions, and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
• Prepare: Prepare concise updates or reports so work can be reviewed, handed off, and completed on time.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of how digital workflows support core business functions such as marketing strategy, public relations, campaign management, client communication, content coordination, and performance reporting, with an emphasis on performance tracking.
• Experience: Associate level experience demonstrating the ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment, adhering to clear deadlines and documented procedures. This includes practical experience using email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM, or other web-based business systems effectively, coupled with strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Skills: Data Analysis, Reporting, Spreadsheet Management, Public Relations, Media Relations, Brand Communication, Content Coordination, Campaign Management, and careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and record quality.
