What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales: Handle the sales process for both inbound calls and outbound solicitations.
• Data Management: Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
• Lead Generation: Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
• Asset Management: Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventative maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Customer Relations: Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required in business administration or a similar related degree.
• Experience: Intermediate computer literacy is required.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization; ability to work independently and as a member of a team; detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices.
• Bonus: One year or more of customer service experience with issues resolution is preferred. Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program is also a preference.
