What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Systematically research destinations, resorts, cruises, and a variety of vacation packages, precisely aligning with individual client preferences and requirements.
• Guidance: Accurately provide clients with detailed information regarding potential accommodations, available amenities, and essential travel requirements specific to their chosen destinations.
• Coordination: Proactively assist with the coordination and confirmation of all aspects of travel reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client itineraries.
• Communication: Maintain professional and clear communication with clients, providing timely updates on itinerary details and any relevant changes throughout the planning process.
• Support: Offer comprehensive follow-up support to clients both prior to their departure and after their return, addressing any questions or concerns to enhance their overall experience.
