What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Management: Manage and grow corporate client relationships, driving portfolio profitability and business growth.
• Business Development: Develop and execute business plans for assigned portfolios, identifying new client opportunities and cross-selling initiatives.
• Solution Delivery: Deliver tailored and complex financial solutions that address customer needs and provide high-quality service.
• Risk Management: Monitor and manage portfolio credit risk through regular credit reviews, customer assessments, and reporting.
• Team Development: Support, coach, and mentor junior team members on complex corporate banking and client management matters.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, with a focus on corporate banking.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in corporate banking, commercial banking, or financial services, with a proven track record in relationship management and business growth.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, influencing, and business development abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management with effective cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities for team development.
• Sound knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Bonus: In-depth understanding of MUFG’s specific banking offerings.
