What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain hands-on exposure across multiple functions within manufacturing, research and development, and the capital engineering team.
• Develop a deep understanding of processes, technologies, engineering best practices, and leadership skills through a structured rotational program.
• Rotate between the Green Bay Broadway mill, within the Consumer Products Group Engineering Team, and the Neenah Technical Center R&D Facility.
• Provide meaningful contributions to the organization in various areas of engineering.
• Travel as part of the role based on specific rotational opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.), eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027.
• Experience: Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship; ability to relocate per program requirements; ability and willingness to travel based on rotational needs.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Enrolled and currently pursuing a degree in a Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Pulp & Paper Science, or related Engineering degree program.
