The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career rotational program for BD, a leading global medical technology company. Located initially in Franklin Lakes, NJ, with required rotations across multiple US sites, this program is designed for recent graduates to launch their careers in Quality. Associates will contribute to advancing global health by ensuring the safety and quality of billions of MedTech products, transforming innovative ideas into transformative solutions for patients worldwide. The role emphasizes learning, growth, and collaborating with diverse teams to make a significant impact on patient safety and the future of healthcare.

• Pay: $87200–$139500 yearly
• Team: Works within BD Quality groups, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs.
• Mission: Ensure product quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the medical device lifecycle through a rotational development program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Immerse in distinct Quality areas, including New Product Development or Sustaining engineering, Manufacturing Quality, and Post Market Quality or Quality Systems.
• Contribute: Take on impactful roles that contribute to the design, development, or manufacturing of BD’s medical products across various sites.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Quality Engineers and diverse cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs.
• Develop: Participate in various networking events, career development sessions, and team-building activities designed to foster professional growth.
• Impact: Drive meaningful, results-driven projects that deliver real value across BD, supporting organizational vitality and patient safety.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Sciences, or another related major, with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Not explicitly required; this is an early career development program.
• Skills: Proven technical aptitude, strong leadership potential, excellent written and communications skills, and proven organization and time management skills.
• Bonus: Prior internship or Co-op experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field; legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration or requiring sponsorship; willingness to relocate to a new US location for each rotation.
