What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Contributes to team activities through structured rotational assignments and formal classroom studies.
• Project Management: Collaborates with business unit teams to define needs, communicate project strategies, and present outcomes effectively.
• Business Acumen: Applies a foundational understanding of key business drivers to execute individual tasks and integrate with broader team efforts.
• Skill Building: Engages in a wide range of projects and missions designed to enhance leadership, business insight, and technical capabilities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicates design and coordination services to direct colleagues and the company, and cultivates strong customer relationships when in client-facing roles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Entry-level; no specific years of experience required for Bachelor’s degree holders.
• Bonus: Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to influence others and lead small teams; ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
