This is an entry-level, temporary position within the Property Management department.

Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the Property Management department, focusing on daily tasks related to equipment updates within the Facility Manager system. The position is designed to offer broad exposure to the department’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Updates: Supporting and performing daily tasks related to updating equipment information within the Facility Manager system.
System Validation: Utilizing Facility Manager to oversee and maintain accurate processes for validating system information, which is critical for company operations.
Special Projects Contribution: Actively contributing to various special projects aligned with organizational objectives. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Researching and recommending improvements for existing equipment validation procedures.
• Assisting with file organization.
• Analyzing documentation.
• Supporting the development and implementation of enhanced reporting functions.

Educational Requirements:
• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university and have reached a Junior or Senior class level.

Experience:
• A working knowledge of commercial real estate is preferred but not required.

General Requirements:
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this position.

Required Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word for Windows.
Academic Background: A major in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable field.
Industry Interest (Preferred): Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate or legal matters is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy are essential.
Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
