Job Level and Type: This is an entry-level, temporary position.
Department: The role offers comprehensive exposure to the Property Management department.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties include:
• Supporting daily tasks related to equipment updates within Facility Manager.
• Utilizing Facility Manager to oversee and maintain accurate processes for validating system information critical to company operations.
Special Projects:
The role also encompasses contributing to various special projects aligned with organizational objectives, such as:
• Researching and recommending improvements for equipment validation procedures.
• Assisting with file organization.
• Analyzing documentation.
• Supporting enhanced reporting functions.
Education Requirements:
Applicants must have a university class level of Junior or Senior, pursuing a major in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable field.
Experience:
A working knowledge of commercial real estate is preferred but not strictly required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in the use of Excel and Word for Windows.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
Other Requirements:
• A valid driver’s license is required.
Preferences:
• A demonstrated interest in commercial real estate or legal matters is preferred.
Special Consideration:
The employer, Regency, offers flexibility to permit non-paid time off for Fall classes.
