• Pay: $90000–$120000 yearly
• Mission: Lead the successful, on-time, and on-budget implementation and delivery of mission-critical communication system projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Serve as the recognized leader and focal point for all aspects of assigned mission-critical communication system projects, leading cross-functional teams from inception to completion.
• Financial & Scope Management: Oversee the overall pre-tax profit, ensuring all projects adhere to accepted quality metrics, deadlines, and budget constraints.
• Planning & Execution: Develop complete project plans, utilize standard Project Management tools, coordinate internal and third-party resources, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary communicator to the customer’s organization and relevant internal senior stakeholders, conducting regular project reviews to communicate status.
• Process Improvement: Utilize Six Sigma and PMBOK methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness, drive efficiency, and continuously improve Project Management practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; candidates should have a background in Project Management, LMR, RF Systems, Radio Frequency, Radio Communications, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, IT, Motorola, Military experience, or Public Safety experience.
• Experience: 4+ years of project management experience with a Bachelor’s Degree OR 6+ years experience in the specified fields. Required experience forecasting and driving revenue through project management and strong knowledge of Motorola Solutions Astro 25 Public Safety systems.
• Skills: Project Management (PMBOK understanding), Six Sigma methodologies, aggressive/creative problem-solving, excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, and ability to obtain necessary security clearance (CJIS).
• Bonus: PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PM Masters Certificate, Motorola Solutions Field System Integration experience, understanding of two-way radio infrastructure communications products/services/systems, and familiarity with local public safety and federal customers.
