About the Job Description

Role Title: Project Management Intern

Role Summary:
As a Project Management Intern at Xire, you will be crucial in maintaining project organization, sharpness, and forward momentum. This role goes beyond basic project management tool updates; it requires seeing the big picture, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring nothing is overlooked. You will act as the connective tissue across various teams, making sure deadlines are met and strategies are effectively executed.

This is described as a “real project management internship”, ideally suited for individuals who thrive on structure, communication, and accountability. The firm seeks someone who is proactive, analytical, and confident in seeking clarity.

Responsibilities:
Manage and track internal + external projects using ClickUp.
Proactively follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring actions are taken before items become overdue.
Flag risks, scope issues, or bottlenecks early and propose effective solutions.
Facilitate communication across HR, marketing, business development, and operations teams.
Document processes and contribute to building repeatable workflows.
Provide leadership with weekly project updates and status reports.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Comfortable asking challenging questions and holding others accountable.
1–2 years experience in project management, operations, or team coordination preferred.

This Role Is for You If:
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and take initiative without waiting for direction.
• You are sharp, assertive, and aspire to be the one keeping projects on track.
• You are excited about building systems that enable scaling.
• You care deeply about outcomes and execution, not merely “checking boxes”.

This Role Is Not for You if:
• You need to be reminded multiple times to complete a task.
• You are timid about reaching out when deadlines or priorities shift.
• You avoid accountability or let overdue work slide without action.
• You are looking for “light” internship work instead of high-responsibility experience.

Weekly Commitment:
5–10 hours per week to start, with the potential to increase as responsibilities grow.
