The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles, CA. TikTok is a leading global destination for short-form mobile video, dedicated to inspiring creativity and bringing joy to its users. The e-commerce industry has recently experienced tremendous growth, becoming a key contested space with significant future potential, and TikTok believes it’s an ideal platform to deliver a new e-commerce experience. This role is crucial as the intern will be part of the US operation team, helping to execute campaigns for iconic brands and contributing to yearly strategic modules that define success. The intern’s work will support high-impact initiatives that connect brands with consumers in meaningful ways, playing a vital part in shaping the future of e-commerce within TikTok Shop.

• Pay: $23.75 hourly
• Team: US operation team within TikTok Shop’s Operation Center.
• Mission: This person supports the US operation team in executing campaigns, driving strategic modules, and powering the future of e-commerce for TikTok Shop by providing analytical and operational assistance.
• Tech Stack: Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Support: Support the top creator team with regular business reviews and data analysis to inform strategy and evaluate performance outcomes.
• Operational Assistance: Assist with daily operations and project management, including marketing initiatives and cross-functional coordination.
• Growth Contribution: Contribute to methodology building, case studies, and talent identification to support business growth.
• Campaign Execution: Play a vital part in executing various campaigns for iconic brands.
• Strategic Driving: Contribute to driving forward yearly strategic modules that define success for the e-commerce platform.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience: Must be able to commit to at least a 3-month long internship period.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, proficient in Excel, and skilled in data analysis.
• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce.
