What You’ll Actually Do
• Seller Communication: Manage daily inbound and outbound communications with sellers, disseminating critical updates and policy changes clearly and timely.
• Inquiry and Issue Resolution: Serve as the direct point of contact for sellers, addressing inquiries related to account management, product listings, compliance, and logistics with professionalism.
• Cross-functional Problem Solving: Coordinate with internal teams like customer services and logistics to efficiently resolve seller issues, aiming to minimize disruptions and improve seller satisfaction.
• Strategic Improvement: Proactively identify recurring seller problems and propose long-term solutions or process enhancements, collaborating on their implementation.
• Campaign Execution Support: Assist in managing seller and vendor participation in marketing campaigns and projects, including coordinating product sampling and supporting backend setups for successful initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Project Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Prior e-commerce experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization capabilities.
• Bonus: Data driven and sensitive to data insight.
