• Mission: Develop future plant leadership by providing hands-on experience in plant operations, personnel management, and business processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operation Learning: Learn and demonstrate the operation and function of all plant equipment within the manufacturing process.
• Role Performance: Perform and understand all plant and administrative roles, excluding commercial driving positions.
• Operational Support: Provide operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs as required.
• Report Management: Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports.
• Project Participation: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree. Career level is entry-level, aiming for leadership.
• Experience: Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and strict quality standards.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities; demonstrated leadership capability; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Prior manufacturing experience; willingness and ability to relocate upon successful completion of the training program (typically 18-24 months).
