Services Leadership Program | Gexpro Services

The Tone:
This is a two-year rotational development program for recent or upcoming college graduates at Gexpro Services, available across multiple U.S. locations. Gexpro Services is a world-class supply chain services outsource provider, specializing in developing and managing production inventory management programs for manufacturing OEMs. This program is designed to build the next generation of talent within the company’s core supply chain services business, enabling Gexpro Services to deliver rapid improvements in fulfillment, cost productivity, and process and product quality for its customers.

The TL;DR

• Mission: To gain hands-on experience across key business areas and develop a broad understanding of how Gexpro Services delivers supply chain solutions to its customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Gain hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of Gexpro Services’ supply chain services business.
• Rotations: Complete rotational assignments across various business functions to develop a broad understanding of Gexpro Services’ operations, customers, and supply chain solutions.
• Project Management: Manage and contribute to projects supporting functional teams from beginning to end, with a focus on delivering measurable value to the business.
• Networking: Expand your professional network by working with team members, leaders, and business partners across different functions and geographical locations.
• Improvement: Identify, recommend, and support opportunities to improve business processes, customer service, productivity, and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional who is an upcoming or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a similar field.
• Experience: No specific years required; demonstrated experience with or interest in supply chain, distribution, operations, or business services is preferred.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated leadership potential and sound judgment, with strong attention to detail and commitment to execution.
• Bonus: Strong interest in supply chain services, distribution, operations, or sales; enthusiasm for learning and commitment to professional development; versatility, adaptability, and comfort working in an evolving environment; and willingness to relocate to any participating Gexpro Services location during the program.
