The Tone:
This is a full-time, three-year rotational Operations Leadership Program at Carrier, requiring geographic mobility across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Florida. • Pay: $53000–$106000 yearly
• Team: Operations (Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S, Manufacturing), with mentoring from Operations Leaders and collaboration with current OLP Associates.
• Mission: To engage people, strategize, and deploy initiatives across Operations, driving transformation and continuous improvement in the creation and delivery of products and services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Initiatives: Engage people, strategize, and deploy various initiatives across the Operations functions (Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S, and Manufacturing) to meet significant business and career challenges.
• Complete Rotations: Undertake three distinct 12-month rotations, requiring relocation between assignments in dynamic global business units such as Climate Solutions Transport, Climate Solutions Americas – Commercial, and Climate Solutions Americas – Residential.
• Drive Improvement: Lead the ongoing deployment of Carrier’s continuous improvement operating system across manufacturing facilities, working towards obtaining a Carrier Excellence Certificate.
• Support Sourcing: Contribute actively to global strategic sourcing efforts and supplier development initiatives that strengthen the supply chain.
• Apply Principles: Learn and apply core manufacturing concepts, including cutting-edge technology and lean principles, to continuously improve product creation.
• Build Network: Develop a valuable cross-business and cross-functional network that will expand throughout your career, complemented by mentoring and guidance from Carrier Operations Leaders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business OR a Master’s Degree candidate currently enrolled in a graduate program.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities management, or Construction (for Bachelor’s degree holders); or expected graduation in Fall 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027 (for Master’s candidates).
• Skills: Geographic mobility and willingness to relocate for rotations; a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bonus: Relevant internship, co-op, or previous work experience. Strong commitment and interest in an operations career. Proactive and results-driven work ethic. Capacity to lead, motivate, and influence through effective communications. Ability to perform duties related to Manufacturing Supervisor roles.
