Rotational Management Trainee | OSI Group
The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational management trainee program at OSI Group, involving in-person work across multiple locations including corporate offices and plant environments, and potentially a global assignment. OSI Group provides an Operations Management Development program designed to impart an overall understanding of the industry, our business, and the Operations function. This learn-by-doing program is critical for preparing high-potential individuals for significant leadership roles within corporate or plant operations. The role offers a comprehensive experience, ensuring future leaders are well-versed in both functional expertise and cross-functional business understanding.

• Mission: To prepare for leadership roles in corporate or plant operations by providing comprehensive, hands-on learning experiences across various functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Engagement: Fully participate in the 18-36 month Operations Management Development program, actively engaging in training plans and project assignments to achieve program objectives.
• Rotation Management: Complete project-based roles within the Sustainability Department and the plant-level Operations Department to gain an understanding of critical functions.
• Cross-Functional Development: Shadow in various corporate and plant-based departments to achieve a holistic view of the business, also acting as a member or leader on key Operations projects.
• Leadership & Global Exposure: Fulfill an Operations leadership role and undertake a global assignment, building experience in operational management and international contexts.
• Knowledge Sharing & Safety: Consistently reflect on and retain learning experiences, formally presenting these insights to management at the conclusion of each rotation, while rigorously understanding and applying appropriate safety procedures.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a related field is preferred, along with relevant internship experience.
• Skills: Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products; Demonstrated ability to present to senior leadership.
