Project Finance Analyst | Entrega

Entrega is a technology professional services firm that delivers enterprise solutions to global clients by designing, developing, and operationalizing technology-enabled solutions. This Project Finance Analyst position is pivotal to the organization’s financial health, supporting strategic decision-making by providing critical financial insights. The role directly contributes to driving financial performance and informing the Director of Finance’s decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data, including revenue and asset performance, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities to support strategic planning.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in the modeling of financial forecasts and budgets by providing accurate and insightful analysis, collaborating with various teams to gather relevant data.
• Reconciliation: Perform data reconciliations between financial and operational reporting sources to ensure accuracy and completeness, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Cost & Key Performance Analysis: Prepare and report Corporate Key Performance Indicators, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and implement cost-control initiatives to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability.
• Compliance & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records to ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with auditors as needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred, coupled with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services and/or financial reporting is preferred, with proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Excel, SAP, and QuickBooks, alongside excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical-thinking skills.
• Bonus: A passion for learning and personal growth, especially concerning technology, demonstrating a self-starter attitude with high integrity and professionalism.
