Kohler Leadership Development Program – Finance | Kohler Co.

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational leadership development role at Kohler Co., located in Kohler, WI. What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reporting, forecasts, and monthly analysis that help leaders see the story behind the numbers and make informed decisions.
• Business Partnering: Partner with operating and functional leaders to understand business performance, identify trends, and turn financial analysis into practical recommendations.
• Investment Evaluation: Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities, including capital projects, product launches, marketing initiatives, and other priorities that shape Kohler’s growth.
• Strategic Contribution: Drive process improvement and contribute to strategic projects by asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and helping teams move from insight to action.
• Capability Building: Build broad finance capability across rotations while strengthening technical skills, business acumen, communication, and leadership confidence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution, obtained no later than June 2027. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
• Experience: Previous finance or accounting internship experience is preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and accountability through academic, internship, or extracurricular experiences. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and learning agility in team-based environments.
