What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze financial performance: Run various financial scenarios to evaluate project viability and model CAPEX spend to optimize resource allocation.
• Support capital projects: Provide essential financial and analytical support for a wide range of capital generation projects, including thermal generation, wind, solar, BESS, natural gas, and gas replacement initiatives.
• Manage project budgets: Lead the full lifecycle of project budgeting, encompassing the creation, estimation, manipulation, and continuous tracking of financial concepts.
• Process expenditures and accruals: Oversee the processing of invoices, meticulously track actual expenditures, and manage accruals to maintain accurate financial records for all projects.
• Develop and compare forecasts: Generate monthly financial forecasts, comparing them to current and upcoming budgets, and identify similarities across project scopes for quarterly and yearly projections.
