About The Role: Project Engineer Intern (Summer 2026)
PULLMAN is offering a challenging and rewarding construction internship opportunity. The Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program emphasizes in-field learning and development. As a Project Engineer Intern, you will assist in a variety of key areas:
- Scheduling and production rate tracking
- Estimating
- Budget preparation and project cost control
- Safety management
- Quality control
- Business development and client relations
- Field resource management

About The Team and Location
This Summer 2026 Internship will be an in-office position, supported by PULLMAN’s Boston team located in Marlborough, MA. Interns can expect to be on site at various projects across the greater Boston area approximately 50% of the time. The PULLMAN Boston team primarily focuses on projects within the commercial and public industries. Interns will gain exposure to multiple projects within these sectors. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field of study)
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.8 or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
- Aptitude for solving problems
- Reliable transportation from the office to jobsites
