What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain Procedures: Maintain project document control procedures for all incoming and outgoing records.
• Process Documents: Process customer drawings and test reports using document management systems, SharePoint, email, and other platforms.
• Compose Manuals: Compose, organize, and distribute instruction manuals to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage Systems: Manage electronic filing systems to ensure high-quality storage and retrieval of documents.
• Ensure Compliance: Review documents for compliance with company and client standards, tracking nomenclature and maintaining version control.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years of experience. Experience with document handling or administrative support is helpful but not required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfort working with digital platforms such as SharePoint, document management systems, or similar tools; ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
• Bonus: Associate’s degree preferred; additional training or coursework in records management is a plus; willingness to learn quality system requirements and follow established procedures.
