The Tone:
This is a full-time remote role at Jobgether’s partner company, located in the United States. This partner company supports financial operations of clinical research projects, contributing to improved patient outcomes. This role is crucial for ensuring revenue is accurately tracked, invoiced, reconciled, and reported, serving as a key financial partner to project operations, budgets, and contracts teams. The position combines accounts receivable, revenue integrity, contract review, data analysis, and financial quality control in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Oversight: Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating closely with Operations, Budgets, and Contracts teams.
• Billing Assurance: Analyze contracts, work orders, and amendments to identify financial terms and ensure projects are invoiced accurately and on time.
• Data Reconciliation: Review study visits and reconcile clinical trial data between the RealTime system and Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Financial Reporting: Produce accurate and complete monthly revenue files by study for upload into the accounting ERP system.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Compare current with previously recorded revenue amounts to identify unrecognized revenue or required adjustments and communicate findings to leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration, or a related field; suitable for an early-career finance professional.
• Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in accounts receivable, financial analysis, accounting operations, or project finance.
• Skills: Moderate Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data organization, analysis); strong analytical ability, critical-thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Bonus: Experience with RealTime or RealTime Link clinical research systems.
