This Project Administration Intern role is designed to provide meaningful exposure to project operations, offering on-the-job training, mentorship, and professional development. The intern will support a major enterprise initiative while building a strong foundation in how projects are coordinated and executed across a large, multi-divisional organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Learning: Learn the day-to-day operations of project administration through direct, hands-on experience.
• Coordination & Scheduling: Support project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars efficiently.
• Communication & Documentation: Assist with internal project communications, preparing meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups, and help maintain project reports and tracking tools.
• Logistics Support: Support the logistics for project-related meetings and events, including room setup, meal ordering, and material coordination.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal partners to ensure project alignment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is required beyond current academic enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s degree program.
• Skills: Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Possess basic to intermediate computer skills, demonstrating comfort working in a digital environment with tools such as Microsoft Office and Teams. Show self-motivation, a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented approach.
