Information Technology Development Program | Precision Castparts
The Tone:
This is a two-year rotational development program at Precision Castparts Corp., located in various US locations. Precision Castparts Corp. is one of the world’s leading suppliers to the aerospace and power generation industries. This program is specifically designed to develop emergent talent, providing high-velocity learning experiences and exposure to critical aspects of PCC’s business across multiple manufacturing environments. Participants will gain the skills and insights needed to effectively influence the future direction of the Company.

• Mission: To develop emergent talent through a two-year rotational program, providing exposure to critical IT aspects and specialized skill development to influence the Company’s future direction within manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Build foundational IT operational knowledge through exposure to critical areas such as safety awareness, help desk support, and network technician responsibilities within manufacturing environments.
• Support IT compliance frameworks by engaging in activities related to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) preparation and IT Process (ITP) compliance.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of various IT projects, applying and developing practical project management skills.
• Immerse in key IT domains including software development, infrastructure management, industrial IoT, and cybersecurity through initial exploratory rotations.
• Achieve specialization in one selected IT domain during the second year, deepening expertise and advancing skills through focused practical application.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, with a degree concentration in networking, programming, security, or database administration. Applicants must be US Persons and be seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates. Willingness to relocate to various US locations is required.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership through club, organization, or activity involvement.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience within a manufacturing environment.
