What You’ll Actually Do
• Support program initiation: You will provide crucial support in the planning, coordination, and execution of various program activities and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring a solid foundation for success.
• Monitor and report progress: Your responsibilities include tracking program milestones, deliverables, timelines, and key performance metrics, followed by preparing comprehensive reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration: You will coordinate essential meetings, meticulously document action items, and diligently follow up on assigned tasks, fostering effective teamwork across various departments.
• Manage program information: This role involves maintaining all program documentation, records, and governance materials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: You will actively monitor overall program progress and identify opportunities for process enhancements, assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field. This is an entry-level or junior position suitable for early career professionals seeking to grow within program management.
• Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience, which includes internships, academic projects, or other related work that demonstrates foundational skills in program support. Experience with project coordination, program administration, or operations support is particularly beneficial.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential for handling multiple priorities effectively. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for reporting and communication tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for stakeholder interaction, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address program challenges. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and a proactive approach with strong attention to detail are also critical.
• Bonus: Familiarity with various project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project will be a significant advantage. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other established project management methodologies is also a plus, as are relevant certifications like CAPM.
