• Mission: Manage the day-to-day operations of programs, ensuring high-quality services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations for one to four community programs, including organizing and implementing direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare coordination, advocacy efforts, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety protocols, financial management, and maintaining the physical environment.
• Staff Leadership: Manage all program staff members, which includes conducting performance evaluations, creating schedules, and overseeing their orientation to the programs.
• Personnel Decisions: Make recommendations and/or decisions concerning employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective actions, and terminations to maintain effective team operations.
• Program Oversight: Manage the implementation of program planning, monitor the delivery of services and supports, and ensure that all services are consistent, engaging, and relevant to the individuals served.
• On-Call Support: Be available on-call to provide support to staff, arrange for coverage, or cover shifts personally as needed to ensure continuous program operation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least two to three years of relevant experience within the Human Services Industry.
• Experience: Minimum of two to three years of direct experience in the Human Services Industry, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience that meets the role’s demands.
• Skills: Hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year (post-permit) with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) meeting Sevita’s insurability policy, current car registration, and auto insurance; demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and the ability to multi-task effectively to meet deadlines; exhibit effective communication skills for managing relationships; and maintain a reliable, responsible attitude with a compassionate approach.
