What You’ll Actually Do
• Teach: Deliver comprehensive graduate-level courses, primarily focusing on Professionalism & Ethics within the counseling program.
• Instruct: Lead engaging face-to-face classroom sessions for graduate students on the Broken Arrow campus.
• Develop: Design and create all necessary course materials and curricula to meet program standards and learning objectives.
• Integrate: Incorporate current technologies into all aspects of course delivery to enhance the learning experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision, a PhD or PsyD in Psychology, or a Master’s degree in Counseling accompanied by an active LPC-S License. This qualification is essential for demonstrating the deep subject matter expertise required to effectively teach Professionalism & Ethics within a graduate counseling context.
• Experience: Candidates must possess a demonstrated background in the field of counseling. Previous experience specifically teaching counseling at the graduate level is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage for this position.
• Skills: Proficiency in conveying complex ethical principles to graduate students, along with strong instructional abilities for course delivery. Expertise in developing robust course materials aligned with program curricula, coupled with the capacity to effectively integrate technology for enhanced learning outcomes in a classroom setting.
