Key Responsibilities
- Assist with production tasks such as measuring, weighing, and preparing raw materials.
- Set up, operate, and assist with basic machine/equipment operation as needed.
- Package and label finished goods accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following sanitation and safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and report when supplies need replenishment.
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and preparing products for shipment.
- Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in the sciences preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or food production preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Pere, WI.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 – $19.50/hr.
