This role is instrumental in assisting clients with the design and coordination of their personalized travel experiences, ensuring each journey perfectly matches their unique preferences and travel styles, from initial concept to final, stress-free execution.

• Mission: This role designs and coordinates personalized travel experiences for clients, ensuring stress-free and impeccably organized trips.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Consult: Actively engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their travel preferences, goals, and budget, ensuring all needs are met for their ideal bespoke vacation.
• Design: Skillfully develop and customize comprehensive travel itineraries that precisely meet client desires, recommending suitable destinations and a range of travel options.
• Coordinate: Meticulously manage and book all components of the trip, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, cruises, and various activities, collaborating with travel partners.
• Communicate: Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients throughout every stage of the planning process, providing expert guidance and support.
• Administer: Accurately manage reservations, process payments, and organize all necessary travel documentation, while continuously staying informed on new destinations and supplier offerings.

• Background: Entry-Level professional with a genuine interest in travel planning and providing outstanding client support.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong communication and exceptional customer service skills; proven ability to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently managing multiple bookings concurrently.
• Skills: Proficient in working independently in a remote environment, strong organizational capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the travel industry; familiarity with various travel booking platforms; Spanish language proficiency.
