PSM Coordinating Intern | Dashing Diva

The Tone:
This is an in-person internship at Dashing Diva, located in the Eastern Time Zone. Dashing Diva is a beauty company focused on innovative nail products, specifically within their One Gel category. This role is crucial as it provides hands-on exposure to key aspects of product development, market analysis, and retail performance tracking within the beauty industry. The insights generated by this role directly inform important business decisions for the Product Strategy & Management (PSM) team.

• Type: Seasonal, Temporary (June 15 – August 14, 2026, Monday~Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST)
• Location: In-person, Eastern Time Zone
• Pay: $20 hourly
• Team: PSM team
• Mission: Supports the Product Strategy & Management team by providing data-driven insights on product performance, market trends, and competitive activity within the One Gel category, contributing directly to product strategy workflows.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Google Sheets

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain Retailer Rankings: Construct and update nail polish ranking boards for key retailers, including physical swatching, organizing visuals, and updating decks.
• Analyze Product Performance: Support the identification of top-performing products and assist in identifying key trends.
• Monitor Market Competitors: Conduct ongoing competitive and market research, including weekly tracking of new product launches and category activity.
• Coordinate Product Logistics: Assist with product ordering coordination and supply tracking.
• Manage Product Samples: Organize and track inventory of product samples internally.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with a strong interest in beauty, color trends, and product development. This role is ideal for someone who is highly curious, detail-oriented, and has a strong interest in beauty trends, product strategy, and data-driven insights.
• Experience: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative with minimal direction. Experience showcasing strong attention to detail and organizational skills, along with a proactive approach to hands-on projects.
• Skills: Excel or Google Sheets proficiency; Data tracking and analysis; Data synthesis into clear insights and recommendations; Organizational management; Market and competitive research.
• Bonus: Bilingual preferred (Korean/English) to enhance communication with international teams and involvement in global projects.
