What You’ll Actually Do
• Ownership: Take full ownership of AI agent features across their entire lifecycle, from initial scoping and ideation through launch, ongoing monitoring, and continuous iteration.
• Prioritization: Analyze user feedback, competitive signals, and product data to effectively prioritize which features and enhancements to build next for the AI agents.
• Documentation: Produce clear wireframes, detailed user stories, and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that translate user needs into actionable engineering tasks.
• User Insights: Run user research and conduct usability tests to confirm that the developed AI agents are meaningfully solving real career challenges for users.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with an academic background in Computer Science, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar relevant field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience; a working understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents operate. Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities to clearly articulate product decisions and the reasoning behind them to both technical development teams and non-technical audiences; highly organized and dependable, capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams effectively within a fast-moving startup environment.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a product management, project coordination, or startup role (internships count); hands-on exposure to prototyping tools such as Figma or Balsamiq, and project management tools like Jira or Linear; a proven track record of transforming vague or ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans.
