AI-Native Product Management Intern | Lofty

The Tone:
This is an internship at Lofty, a company focused on building and scaling AI-powered products across its real estate platform. This is not a typical internship; it is designed as a Product Management residency for individuals who aim to become top-tier AI-native PMs. The role is critical for driving the development of new solutions, operating like a junior Product Manager from day one, and using artificial intelligence to significantly accelerate output and impact.

The TL;DR

• Mission: To own product problems, ship solutions, and use AI to dramatically increase speed and output.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Problem Ownership: Own real product problems across acquisition, activation, and monetization, focusing on building solutions rather than shadowing.
• AI Integration: Use AI daily to generate insights, write product specifications, analyze data, and prototype solutions with efficiency.
• Experimentation: Run experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue performance across the entire funnel.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Partner with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ship new features and accurately measure their impact.
• Decision Making: Turn ambiguous product challenges into clear, rigorous product decisions with speed and precision.

• Experience: Already uses AI tools daily to think, build, and execute tasks faster and more effectively.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking capabilities and comfort working with various data sets. Clear communication skills and the ability to effectively break down complex problems into manageable components. A hunger to build, ship, and learn at a rapid pace.
