• Mission: Accelerate the development of future leaders by managing product and brand portfolios and driving growth across categories.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Management: Assist in managing product and brand portfolios with guidance from senior experts.
• Growth Strategy: Drive margin growth, portfolio optimization, and strategy through best-in-class analytics, insights, and reporting.
• Product Lifecycle: Manage the complete product lifecycle process, from concept to delivery, alongside senior product experts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate and lead cross-department teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and finance, to develop new products and categories that meet company objectives.
• Marketing Execution: Develop and implement relevant marketing collateral, point-of-purchase displays, advertising materials, and web content to promote managed product portfolios.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Consumer Behavior, Informatics, or other related fields.
• Experience: Prior internships in Product, Category, Brand Marketing, Marketing Insights, or other related fields, coupled with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation), quantitative, analytical, creative problem-solving, and conceptual abilities. Excellent networking, collaboration, organizational, and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to be proactive and prioritize work.
